I haven't heard from her in quite a few weeks. Hopefully everything is peachy and going smooth for her.


I wish I could make it that way, If I did, it would be last minute so I'll have to get some numbers. Its my boys birthday on the 17th and I'm trying to book the lazer room for some fun but it will all depend if they have an opening that weekend or not if I will be able to get away.

So ok, I'm sensitive and brought a tear to my eye so I had to stop by and say hi. I wanted to wait until I had some pics to show you...

I HAD to come see what ya’ll were up to but haven’t been able to check on anyone

I've been busy helping people 'on the outside' with diet and training from what I've learned... of course pro bono =) and the smell of their success is gratifying and puts a huge smile on my face…

All for now… Have to get back to work… and find where my training fits into this new lifestyle of mine
