I messed up my cycle. Really scared.

I did Ostarine for 2 weeks

And then Test E for 5 weeks at 500mg/week.

And now I want to go back down the SARMS route

Can I just stop injecting myself and just carry on normally with the Ostarine?

I'm a semi-pro mixed martial artist.

I'm 155lb I usually cut weight to 145lb and then cut water weight to 135lb.

5'7"

My goal was to bulk up to 175lb and then cut to 165lb.

So I want to add 20lb of LBM.

I'm 21 years old.
 
what exactly are you scared of? if you stop everything now and run PCT you should be fine.

if you want to gain LBM you need to lift and eat. if you are MMA you need to make weight. so decide which route you want to go. you could get slaughtered moving up 20 pounds in weight class even if you are winning right now.

are you in such a hurry to know take the time to paint a better picture for us... you are very vague with everything...
we need details to help you here, its not always so easy as A or B...
WHY did you do what you did?...
 
an an ammy you need a good LONG TERM plan.

be very careful only chasing short term goals.

can you get a lot of fights at 135? can you get the right fights there?

what about 1-2 classes up? are they stacked in your area?

you also have to think about how you are going to train while moving up in weight classes.. things have to change and be prioritized.. if not you will get half ass results.

id stop the test now.. run pct and write a plan down.. run it by your coaches/docs/trainers/etc and then write it out a again a few times and stick it in your locker, above your bed.. keep it in your gym bag... and stick to it like a T

i also will agree with what moya and judo said that 20 pounds of LBM in a short time is almost impossible .. you want to have your cake and eat it too. if you are gonna gain 20 pounds of pure muscle over time its gonna be major muscle mass and it will definately effect your agility. I'm like a robot today, but i used to be an agile triathlete. now i sink like a rock if i try to swim, i need those floaties on both of my arms :)
