i also will agree with what moya and judo said that 20 pounds of LBM in a short time is almost impossible .. you want to have your cake and eat it too. if you are gonna gain 20 pounds of pure muscle over time its gonna be major muscle mass and it will definately effect your agility. I'm like a robot today, but i used to be an agile triathlete. now i sink like a rock if i try to swim, i need those floaties on both of my arms
