I`m stopping all supplements.

After the ones I have are empty, i`m not reordering. I`m taking a bunch of stuff now, and I have`nt been not taking supps in a long time. We`ll see what happens. I got a few moths worth left though.

I love throwing out empty bottles and clearing my damn kitchen cabinet. I have a pic, maybe I`ll post it.

i'd stick with a multivitamin, at least thats cheap. all the other stuff is empty promises.

what about protein powder? thats like a staple for me, I wouldnt give that up either.

Yeah maybe protein. Even then, just a high quality whey. No mixed blend... for now. All this may change, I just need a break from it. I feel like a drug addict opening 10 bottles every morning. I`m sick of it all.

i did that once. quit all legal supps after they ran out, then lost my pump and my shirts started to feel loose, so I got some good stuff

Please do. I have a cabinet full of shit I take every day too. I should go take a pic and post it.
 
Lets see.... I've got some Vit E, Vit C, Multi, Saw Palmetto, B6... um.... I think thats it. Every day, some of them twice a day. It gets old fast.
 
Interesting. I've done the same thing for a period of time, and I found that as long as I eat enough quality foods, and lift the same as I did before, I, at worst, maintain my gains/muscularity. I've taken so much stuff in the past, the benefits of which are still sceptical to me at best. I feel that as of right now, I can limit my supplements to just a multi vitamin, (since I have a busy schedule) a protein powder, and glutamine, and I'll be happy. I occasionally take a multi oil too, as I don't have time to cook fish much, and also msn for my joints. All in all though, I say that it's best to stick to the basics when it comes to supplements.

I actually feel certain things working and adjust the dosages to make them better or worse and I see a difference. I`m just sick of it all. I`ll get the pic.
 
I've done the same thing.
I think I was up to about 20 or so pills a day.

My panty looked like a vitamin self at Wal-Mart.
 
Yea i'll do the same and get rid of the Dibencozide and vanadyl sulfate, i think this stuff has been keeping me gains down.

But on a serious note i use a time release multi vit/multi mineral from twin lab and penta protein only. Those are the only supplements. Then comes the steel rolled oat, fruits, vegetables, fish, red meat and rice. All good stuff.

Yeah, me too. I have a protien shake post workout and occasionally take a multivitamin, but that's it. But I eat real healthy too, lots of greens and fruit, meat daily, fish regularly, etc. IMHO food is still the best supplement.
 
Did I see "Yummi Bears" and "Flinstones" in there? Heh heh heh. Yeah, my whole cupboard above the sink is full of that shit. I have been debating wether or not to restock most of it.
