I luv B12

Like insulin your results will taper off to just about nothing with continual use-more so with the B-12.

You'll notice if you take enough of it long enuff your urine will be red or dark indicating rapid excretion without absorbtion.

The body has more than enough B-12 after a few weeks of injections-and it stores it and it takes a while to deplete it.
Unless you are a vego, you will get plenty from a regular bodybuilding diet.

I am almost tempted to say "cycle it" but people will say I am full of shiest anyway.

I would say don't waste your money but it's dirt cheap.

So, you are saying it is not worth using? Could you provide a little more detail as to why not? Thanks.

Every supplemet has it's merit/uses. B-12 is a good one.
I just meant to imply don't expect to see the miraculous results forever on it-they taper and fade. Cycle off Deplete if you will and go back on.

The body gets used to it a lot quicker than with juice although the mechanisms are different.

Lets just say B-12 is stored and only utilized in nanogram amounts and the body stores it very quickly in the liver and other tissues.

Every month I cycle off ALL vitamins minerals for a week-I then start back up again the next week and feel a burst for a few days.

Thanks for the reply...good info. What about non-juicers? Same concept and time frame?
 
I'm not a slin expert, so could you tell me what size pin you use? I'm thinking of adding it with my prop, but in case I opt to shoot it solo, I'd prefer with a smaller needle.
 
For insulin i use a 3/10cc 100 IU insulin pin whcih is 29g and 1/2 inch long. For b12 I use the full cc syringe because well you need to shoot a full cc. Just go to either getpinz.com or calvetsupply.com. They're like $.16 each or something. I just bought a 100 of them because the bottle of b12 has 100 cc's in it.
Just look for a 1cc insulin syringe. It will be self explanatory.
