Treadmill on incline of 15 walk at a 3.0 not to fast take long strides and go low for the frist 15 minutes it feels pretty easy then it starts to burn the glutes and hams around 20 minutes in.
Funny you posted this thread...he's wrestling at a small indy show not far from where I live soon...there was an add in the local paper (it was obviously an old WCW promo picture). I googled him up to see what he looks like now...he's still got the big arms, but he's carrying a lot more bodyfat than he used to:

While wrestling Apolo at a TNA house show in San Juan, Puerto Rico on June 3, 2007, Steiner sustained a kick to the throat. After he began coughing up blood, he was taken by ambulance to a hospital, where he was diagnosed with a torn trachea and given five hours to live. Steiner was put into an induced coma for two days, during which time doctors cut through his ribs and lung and repaired the tear, then began draining fluid from his lungs, a process that lasted two weeks. Unable to fly (because the change in air pressure would have caused his lung to collapse) Steiner eventually left Puerto Rico on a cruise ship and arrived back in the United States one week later.
