Im doing alright took some time off lifting because of some tendons in my wrist. Im ready to get back to it. How are you and the business doing?

sometimes layoffs are really good for you and allow you to come back even stronger

The kid is Getting WAAAAY developed
all from my training philosophies, I am no guru but its NICE to know I was right :)

its awesome he is really starting to appreciate all of it

PS he is natural so dont expect a mass monster expect Quality Muscle

that's because you haven't learned something... until you have taught it!! I came to understand this years ago when I was first coaching and I had to explain various technique to different people, and thus I had to find different ways to teach it and thus expanded my own understanding of technique I had already "mastered" and each time I find a new way to explain a technique, each time I find a different angle to approach the same move I understand it just a little bit better!! glad to hear you found a good kid to work with!! I've coached alot of folks and it's always cool when every now and then you get to cross paths with a blessed one, that just has a gift and then to help them along the path is one of the most rewarding things you'll find in life!! good job bro and good luck, keep in mind that rarely does one look to you for guidance in only one respect in life... ie you are more than a coach... but a mentor and will take what you say as the word!!

believe me I am NO GURU but I know some stuff pretty well, and it feels really good to know its helping the person

Also I noticed by helping him has helped me too :)

like I had forgotten som things in my own training or diet and was only reminded of it when helping him


I was like " oh I just helped my self too"

I am just learning this and its amazing
we trained together for the first time yesterday and the idea of teaching and then learning while you help paid off in my own workout

he has been lifting for 2-3 years I believe ( not 100% Sure)
He lifts mostly in an insinctual circuit style training way from when I watched him before.

and then when we spoke I was like "NO NO NO bro " thats NOT how you do it in my opinion

for me and for those I train with the AMOUNT of weight MEANS NOTHING to us.
basically I view Bodybuilding as HUMAN ART like the Moulding Clay or Refining Marble

if you can lift heavy on certian movements by default then super
But I DETEST those who body build and think they need to lift like a POWERLIFTER

in fact I find it Insulting.

Ah, well it's just a Benchmark. Some way to know his general capabilities, I know weight doesn't matter much but it helps to get an idea.
