I Love it

PS:
he has been lifting for 2-3 years I believe ( not 100% Sure)
He lifts mostly in an insinctual circuit style training way from when I watched him before.

and then when we spoke I was like "NO NO NO bro " thats NOT how you do it in my opinion

for me and for those I train with the AMOUNT of weight MEANS NOTHING to us.
basically I view Bodybuilding as HUMAN ART like the Moulding Clay or Refining Marble

if you can lift heavy on certian movements by default then super
But I DETEST those who body build and think they need to lift like a POWERLIFTER

in fact I find it Insulting.

Hey C3 thanks :)

right now its a chore for me to remind him to EAT PROTIEN every day lol let alone other supps ;)

I get pissed at him cus I know he slips on eating protien

He does not like Amplify02 ( too strong) but likes LIPOFLAME

Right now Training Principle is the key, and then hopefully Diet Next, and then in the future who knows.

I tell you what helping him is making me put my money where my mouth is , I am kinda lax when it comes to applying what I know to my self and helping him is forcing me to be more proper with my self.

Thanks for sharing you expereinces bro
I never knew you were ever under 200 and now your 270 LOL

hehe

Brother, I was a mess! I was 144.5lbs exactly. I remember because I weighed myself three times the day I started training. I had a cheap plastic weight set, a $9.00 bottle of creatine and 2 20lb db's and thought I was going to take on the world! Then with what little I had, I got to 190 but I never got any further. I didn't know I needed to increase my weights and eat more lol. Hey, I was a kid and ignorant about these things at the time! I wish I had someone like you around to show me the ropes.

Then once I joined a gym and had access to all the weight I want and read Arnold Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding, I started eating more. I took his basic program expect spaced it out with everything once a week. I did the chest/back workout Mon, Legs on Wednesday and the Shoulder/Arm one on Friday. Then I shot to 218lbs in a few more months. I couldn't get past 220 though. So I started reading, reading and reading. After a year and a half or so and the age of 21, I decided to do 150mgs of eq a week and found out it was fake! Then I finally got some brovel test 200 and did 400mgs a week for 8 weeks and went to 244lbs. I was bloated and oily but I thought I was king shit! LOL I think we all do with the first one. Hard to believe that was already 6 1/2 years ago! Yikes!

I know this guy will make wonderful progress with you guiding him. I agree, I didn't think about it but yes, Amplify would be too strong for him now. It really is something that can kick your behind! I think a high protein, moderate carb and good fat (olive oil, natural pb, etc) diet along with some Gcovery and RawMcc will have him blowing up.

I remember you were very kind to me when I was around 23 and wrote me out a detailed training program for free. I didn't even buy one of your product (Gplenish at the time) and you took the time to write to me and help me out. With that program I really was able to take things to the next level.

I and a lot of people at this board owe a lot to a fantastic vet like you. This guy is so very lucky and fortunate to have you right there in person set for set showing him the ropes. I look forward to his progress pics, because I know he will make big changes with the big man in charge :)

and he's natural? at 22? and you are going to train him? for free?

I HATE guys like that! lol
I work my ass off and, while I might be bigger, I don't have near the genetics that he does. genetics suck!

yes for Free :)
hey I might finally get a training partner again if this works out well:)

In his circuit style training he looks good and had a degree of endurance and strength. But no where near where I think he could go.

This will sound stupid but all I was thinking was:

" Let me show you the TRUE nature of the force"
like Darth Vader would say or something like that. heheeh

on a side note I cannot believe HOW PETTY alot of the people are in the gym.
The first two weeks as I was training him I got these looks from other trainers that were not so good, and the young man got looks from his so called friends as if he were lame or some shit.

NOW only after a handful of weeks his "friends" kiss his ass, and the trainers are like "somethings going on with those two" like they know we are achieving something and are mildly jealous.

I find it pathetic when others find negative emotions when others are starting to do well what the hell is up with that?

I would be happy as can be if I saw someone improving, NOT jealous.

People can be very jealous bastards at the gym! When I got out of the ER and was 216lbs or so, they all seemed so happy! But when I got back to the 250 range and now 270ish within a month and a half they all seemed even nastier. I catch them looking out of the corner of their eyes. One even had the nerve to come up to me and ask "Why do you like to get so big? I mean whats the point?" This same guy has been going to the gym for 4 years that I know of and looks exactly the SAME! I told him "Because I can and because of genetics." I thought of being more nasty and saying something mean but it's not my nature and I prefer to just let jealous/negative people be. They are miserable enough in their own lives, otherwise they wouldn't try to project that onto others.

Let them give you and your new found friend a hard time. You will both have the last laugh. It seems you already are! My wife and I have very few friends and I mean that literally. We do not let negative into our lives. If someone is like that, we cut them off, unless of course they absoloutly need help, then like a sucker I am there for them. Go figure. :/

Good luck with this Omega. I know this kid is in the right hands my friend. And you are right, just as his body grows, your spirit grows for the goodness of it as well. You are a kind soul, I always knew it. :)

it is hard to find good friends. seems like everybody wants to start some drama or cause trouble for others.

Update:

the young man is doing VERY well but he is slipping on protein in his diet and I Know it, and it starting to upset me cus its the one thing he is not listening to me about!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I tell him to eat and he is just not hearing it lol

if he does not start eating I am going to stop training him
