Well, as most know, I was having problems feeling the pumps from the thai dbols at 30mg a day spread over 3 times a day. So I changed the format to taking all 30mg at once 1 hour prior to workout.
Let me tell you, what a difference!! I felt the pump throughout the entire 1.5 hr workout.
Dbol is great stuff if taken 1 hr prior to working out. Spreading it out does fuck all.. at least for me.
