Dr. Ken obviously loves training like this, which keeps him training.
Always re-evaluate your goals and modify.
Be the first to prove me wrong man...make it work for you. Come up with a hybrid program off of his and tell us what is working for you. Maybe you can learn something from it and help others in the future.
