I know this is for lifting but figured someone could help

im about to finish my first 5x5 and need to start working on my speed and endurance for football. does anyone have or know where i could find a good workout to help w/ speed and endurance? i am prob gonna start another 5x5 4day split. so i was thinking of running 2-3 times a week.
 
there's probably better people out here for recommendations (coolj) but I would focus on your sprinting. Add in some explosive movements that you can perform well, power snatch/cleans and add in some speed lifts. If you know how, the jerk would work well also.

LOL, forgot about your journal, your already doing oly lifts. Bigger, Faster, Stronger maybe? Kelly Baggett (sp) I think it is? Might check out crossfit.com they do a lot of endurance type exercises.
