Everybody makes one of these, but what do you think.... Three job oppurtunities.
1.) Smaller company - large pay increase - promotional move. It's the job I want to be doing here, but they won't promote me. Might be in a bit over my head at the start.
2.) Larger company (biggest company in my field in Chicagoland) - small pay increase - Lateral move. Same job I do now, but with a larger, more organized, company with the oppurtunity (and the promise) of getting the job I really want. However, I don't know how long that would take.
3.) Smaller company - small pay increase - completely different job. I would have to learn a whole new job. Great company with awesome people working there. I get along with the entire place already. When hiring, they care more about your personality (mine is awesome) and less about your knowledge (I have none).
I am leaning towards numero uno.
