That depends on whether you mean what is the most advanced, or what created the greatest forward leap at the time.

Galileo's discovery of practically the scientific method itself was of course enormous, some non Western culture may have already had it.

Newtons general laws of mechanics were huge. Nobody ever suddenly understood so much, from so little.

I'm not acquinted with these notations, but I think I know what you mean.
I don't know the general solutions right now. I know how to find a variable when two functions add up to zero but what is d/dt? I know dx/dy is the tangent...

I'm not sure what forward bias or reverse bias means but I think you mean to say you wish to know which direction the electrons are flowing in in an electric current.

Depends on the source of the current. If it's an electrochemical cell just see which side the reductor is on, that's where they are coming FROM, to the other side.

You like strawberries because they taste sweet, and we are geared to like things that taste sweet since they contain sugars, and naturally we are short of calories, obesity wasn't a problem during most the time that evolution took place.

Fruit is a particularly attractive form of sweet since it's also fresh, and colourful. strawberries are also easy to handle, they are firm yet easy to bite through. If strawberries came in a mash form, you probably would not like them as much.

I personally don't like them too much. This is probably just a case of conditioning and which feelings you connect to which flavours and foods.

here's easier notation:

x'' + 5x - 4y = 0

-x + y'' + 2y = 0

d^2 = d squared, second derivative
[a] = brackets indicate the variable that the derivative is being operated on
x,y = dependent variables
t = independent variable

maybe I'll solve it later if I get the chance, haha

It is because it so happens that no common english word exists where another letter than U follows a Q.

We could change it, but it would be hard to motivate people a masse to do so

I was thinking more along the lines of an answer such as "antiseptic". We would all be dead if it weren't for Joseph Lister who was inspired by Pasteur.

I believe gayness is simply something gone wrong, it has no purpose or goal to evolution. Contrary to popular belief it's not limited to humans.

Not thinking for oneself is common to most humans across the globe. It is enforced by public figures who are confident or even arrogant in their opinions and by decadence

I will assume that you rationally have reason to believe your distrust is unfounded. It's also very self-important.

This means your experience is a form of paranoia. Paranoia can have biological causes, as well as psychological causes. You'd first have to eliminate the biological causes which can be f.i.

Vitamin B deficit
lack of sleep
stress

Most likely, the cause is mental.
I would need more information, but since is my omniscient thread I will simply give my best guess with what I'm given. I think your paranoia is caused by your strong hiërarchical way of thinking, and a strong grudge/inner conflict you hold from the past that is not directly trust-related.

We know that only 2% of the world's population has an IQ in the 130+ range on a Stanford-Binet test. What would happen to society as a whole if a much higher percentage of the population, say 15-20% of us possessed this same capacity to process information, and why would it be detrimental to modern civization as we currently know it?

Actually my belief stems from the fact that I have been informed of the surveillance and given indisputable facts and documentation to back them up. :)

A recent example right here on this board: Look up a thread by Deus Ex Machina where he says that I am being watched from Dale.....which is the street behind my office. He also listed my initials. It was at the time he was promising an interview while alluding to hospitalization.

btw....I had some interviews while monitoring medication..... post accident....several years. The doctor stated that my mental health was essentially perfect.

Of course....that is before I discovered the internet. :evil:


I never even came close to mentioning the address of my office around here.


The people who refuse to believe that government does a great deal of surveillance are extremely naive.

I once watched a show where they documented the monitoring of JFK's sexual exploits (with quantity and duration etc.) well before he became anything.

I also have known some agents. One agency, in particular, really specializes in the planting of bugs. You could read my pm's and learn this of course.

It's been done. Download the Physics lectures by Dr Richard Feynman given at the California Institute of Technology to the freshmen. Or well may not be understandable to *all* people. At least to people who took physics in high school.

This would be analogous to the Cyprus experiment as described in Huxley's Brave New World. This society would collapse because there would be more smart jobs than smart people and the smart people would refuse to do the dumb work.
