my delts hurt a tad the next day not like i have reading on here they were going to, the only one that hurt was the 2nd one where i think i hit a vein on the way in, i didnt enjoy that, that side is pretty tender yet, prolly go with quad did u go top or side?

I did the outside quad (Vastus Lateralis).

I flexed my quad so that the muscles would show where they were at.

Then i found the Vastus Lateralis on the outside and poked it in slowly.

I injected really SLOW too. I wanted to make sure that i could get used to

the pain if there was going to be any, which there wasn't. It hurt less than

a pinch.

It's easy, you'll do fine.

I was more cautious and scared about washing my hands

and switching needles than i was about actually injecting it.

Seriously tho, a pinch feels worse than a needle.
