I was there at the exact same time - I was working at the tourney. Convenient for me considering my backyard was the effing course. Nice hotel. Confusing as fuck, depending on which floor you stay on tho

there's great white sightings all up and down the cali coastline. A good friend of mine was fishing off monterey somewhere and saw one swim past his boat, said it was like a small VW cruising past......just chillin. I don't think he's gone back into more than knee high water since.
