No, you have to replace the entire car

if you get in trouble for the tint later, just pull it off and take pictures and show it to the judge that your car is better. and you wont get a fine probably.

and the reason i asked is because i know with some tint (like factory tint) it cant be removed and it's permanently put into the glass or something.

We don't have inspections around here so the only way to get in trouble is of you get pulled over. Usually the police don't do anything about window tinting unless you are causing problems or look shady.

Same up here in Montreal. I have legal tints but wanted to get higher than 35% but the guy who did mine refused to do it.
