Tx's advice is the best. It may seem funny but gathering something on her now would definately protect your back in the future. If she threatens to tell everyone again or becomes vindictive in the future then threaten to mail the photos.

Personally I would not stay with a grl that was so opinionated and did not trust me or even bother to clarify what I was saying. If she can't even be bothered to take in the facts then fuck her. Get a new girlfriend that supports you more. Believe me I have been there myself.
