actually bro i go with slow reps at about 8-12 reps each set..i concentrate on negatives and the actual crunch..and believe it or not I use the ab wheel a lot.....but really i use the reverse crunch exercise and at the top of the crunch, i kick my legs straight up forwards to hit hte upper abs..
so really i'm hitting lower abs first, then as my legs raise up and then i kick them straight out, i hit the upper abs...i never do oblique exercises..i think they're a waste of time
