I live by act as if I went in there like I had it. I wish I might have said a few answers a bit differently but in the end I got it and got my points across. I am really excited at times at work I have felt board or no pressure to push hard now I feel the pressure again and I love it. It will once again limit my elite time now I am a role model I have to be at top of game all the time no surfing from 8-6 maybe over my lunch break which I typically eat at my desk unless I have a vendor training.
It is basally a title with a very marginal pay increase but it is the stepping stone to sales manager and that is what I am after at least with in the next year that is my goal once I get there I am looking for the directors job.
Thanks all I will hit yeah up with green in a bit off to tan.
What my role will be is basically helping out the sales manager roll out company directives etc as well as peer mentorship. Keeping a postive vibe on my part of the sales floor and helping to motivate the team.

QT... the pay is not the most important point in all career choices. You have goals and every choice, every decision, every action should bring you closer to those goals at work and at life. Bad choices/ decisons will slow you down at the least and in some cases take away opportunities forever. But, I can tell you know that by the passion in your post and how you present yourself when discussing work. Congrats again.
There is but it is nothing to write home about you don't take the postion for the pay you take it to get to where you want to go IE managment. I am in sales so I get a base plus commission and bonuses essentially I write my own pay check. The sky is the limit just depends on how good you are.
