While I see the point you are trying to make, you don't need to be all high & mighty about it.

Have you ever driven over the speed limit? How could you put other's lives in danger!!!!!!!!!!!! I'd approach your "judgement" in a different manner.

I don't need you to tell me the moral of the story. I'm living with the consequences.

Good for you for not ever having a drink and then driving. But guess what, the legal BAC is .08 so it would appear even the lawmakers think it is okay to drink a moderate amount and then drive.

K. You guys can stop giving me advice now. I was just updating the thread from months ago.


As for as pulling a U-turn, the police set up "safety checks" on one-ways with no possible escape route. It would be just plain stupid otherwise, they would be setting themselves up for a highspeed chase with drunk people.

it wouldve been better if you woudve blown. i got one and i blew but i got off the DUI and got a careless driving charge. it costed like 5000 though but it was worth it.

Don't forget you can also refuse the field sobriety check (walk a straight line, fingers to nose, etc, etc)

If you're going to refuse the PBT then you should refuse the field sobriety test as well. If I would have I wouldn't be having near as much trouble as I am in court.
