$10,000 was all my costs. and no I'm not loaded, but I know when to spend money 
I didn't want that shit on my record at 19.
We went to trial, jury selection, etc. I hired a ex state trooper who's job was to train the cops on how to administer the field sobriety test to testify on my behalf on how it's not a scientific process, etc. Once they saw I did that and the jury selection went my way, the DA straight up told me "give me $2,000 and it's consumption by a minor". Done deal.

It's cheaper to know when to stop drinking before driving.

Ummm, can't disagree with you there. Not my problem if the guy didn't wear a ring. At the end of the day, I got a meal and a front row seat to an epic marital fight in a public place. Win.
