I just Bought my First house!!!!

Went house hunting today, didnt think i would find anything.

Turns out the last house we looked at was perfect. 1600 sqaure feet, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 family rooms. A steal at the price.

Its kind of surreal, I think Im excited, but I really cant believe I bought a house.

Of course this was a perfect time because I just got a promotion to ast. mgr. at the local taco bell.

One of my rooms is going to be dedicated to scat porn, so if you can send all you have to me that would be appreciated

you are saying that what ever is messed up and the inspector finds, then the buyer can bring that up to whoever is selling the house, nad have them fix it before escrow is closed?

btw, what is escrow?
