I just bought a motorcycle

Have you put any mods on it yet?

What other bikes did you ride before buying this one?

i had dirt bikes as a kid; a steet bike seemed the natural choice when i was old enough to get my driver's license. my Suzuki 750 was one damn fine bike!

but, unfortunately, in a climate where it rains several times a day in the summer (april to december here), it was a poor choice for my only mode of transportation. fathers of young girls took a dim view of their daughters going out on dates with a dude on a bike. (not the daughters, though!) also, my saint of a mother prolly slept 2 hours per night when i was "out and about" on the bike.

after getting ran off the road twice in the same day; i took it as a sign from god and bought a 4000 pound car i could fight back with.

I've honestly been thinking of selling my Harley for this same reason. I had two close calls last year, neither were my fault. My brother got hit bad while in Colorado two years ago, he was stopped at a red light. I've had two friends die in the last 5 years while on the bike, and several others in accidents they lived to talk about.

I love riding, but I simply don't trust other drivers anymore. And it seems to be getting worse here in SE PA. I think I'll sell it and buy an ultralight aircraft instead, it's safer nowadays. :(

I sold all my bikes last year.

Man, dude that sux. I couldn't imagine selling my bike. Man, I just love the speed and power between my legs. It is almost as good as a woman and the best part is they don't complain and spend money.

Anyway consider it hard before you do it. I mean what are you going to do a on a spring day now.
