why not search for a better job?

I gaurantee someone will appreciate your efforts......

then when you get a better offer from another company you can go to your present employer, and lay the cards on the table...and you tell them that if you don't get what you want ( in a nice way of course)

that you'll be leaving......

One benefit to my job now is that is allowing me to "get my feet wet" in a lot of new areas. Which will hopefully prove as a benefit later.

I am also planning on going back to school next semester, took this semester off due to a family emergency, and SHOULD hopefully get my degree next December....
