at the japanese buffet. 3 chicken breasts, 14 ounces of sirlion, rice, and a scoop of ice cream.

I am going to lay down now. Whew!

OMG close call I was expecting Xrays of inanimate objects when I opened this thread! No GI joes in the colon is a good thing!

That Hibachi grill is addictive.

Get this, the entire meal - with Diet Coke - was only $7.25

Omg AAP, i just ordered beef broccoli from China Garden down the street. I read your thread i was on the phone ordering in a matter of 3 minutes LOL

what? how is that place still in business?

Fuck if I know. Because all the fat ass Canadians and snowbirds flock to it everyday.

I heard about it and the first thing I pictured was frozen/processed food. But it is all fresh. They even hand roll over 30 different kinds of sushi behind the counter. You name it, octi, jellyfish, seaweed, chicken, salmon, etc... it is rolled freshed. All their food is fresh. You get a bowl and put what you want on the hibachi grill in it. They have raw chicken, beef, eel, scallops, various veggies, etc... you give the bowl to the guy behind there and he throws your meal together.

I go there about 3 times a week.

I tell the guy behind the counter, no oil, no butter, no salt, no sauce.

He is like "that's not very Japanesey."

I am like "don't worry, I am easy to fool"

Sounds like mongolian barbeque- I have been known to eat a few pounds of lamb and beef every visit....

There is a Mongolian BBQ joint right next to my lot. I go twice aweek.....I have noticed that the owner is visibly disturbed by this, however myself and my training partner, have vowed to put this place out of business. :D

not much in life that is better than trying to put all you can eats out of business.... except then I am sad because there aren't any around...

has anyone heard of the place that gives prime cuts of meats on skewers, all you can eat? heard it is the bomb but real pricey- they have one going in here in scottsdale, don't knwo the name, but I guess it will be like 50 bucks to eat there.... I think I will stick with the mongolian....

Who was that dude off here that got threw out of the Old Time Country Buffet resturant?

Last summer i would go to this Japanese sushi buffet for $10 during lunch. Ate 30 pieces of tuna/salmon/ on top of the rice.. Would take 1/2 of the rice from each roll and hide it in the miso soup, since you have to eat the whole roll....

Mongialin BBQ is good too..all the chicken, beef you want with just salad or some rice.

Theres a Brazillian all you can eat meats place... Basically have a block with red color on one end and green on the other at your table. As long as its green they bring meat to you on a skewer from sirloin, flank, roast chicken, sausage. Plus 3 buffet bars , salad, desert, and brazillian food. All for $10 for lunch.

Between the 3 of these places, it was easy to be on a bulking cycle. Just buy alot of toilet paper.

This is like the place I was talking about- except because it is scottsdale they are going to charge 40-50 bucks.... jerkoffs...

I love "tasty" meat (aka "fragrant" meat)

This thread reminds me that I haven't hit a buffet in a long time. Really, since I got back from Vegas in September, I just can't get excited about standard run-of-the-mill buffets anymore.

Mongolian BBQ rocks. Hit the ones in Columbus everytime I visited my friend in grad school. Seeing that place on the weekend of the Arnold Classic is great. Hundreds of bodybuilders, and wanna be's, eating and stinking that joint up. And their mango ice tea is awesome.

Always have about two plate fulls of crab rangoons at the Chinese buffet.

What flavor ice cream?

And then....

I saw the title of the thread and expected the lyrics to the Nine Inch Nails song that Johnny Cash remade.

Food good...me hungry now.
