for the most part you are correct, but what i appreciate is the ability to goof around in c&c

in the aa.s forum it's a different story, there are tons of knowledgeable dudes in that place who devote much of their free time to benefit everyone else

my training and eating routine is pretty solid right now, i've been running daily, eating cleaner...i feel amazing every day...excited to start my derma, get cleaned up, and get hardcore again with a solid cycle (c.yp, prim.o, v.ar)
