i have weak hips

not really, but they are lagging a bit and it fucks with my posture im thinkin.

any good hip excersises other than just doin abs?
 
could be an imbalance between your quads and hammies,if you have underdeveloped hamstrings it can fuck up your pelvic tilt and cause lower back and hip pain.

I know i have it and it sucks balls sometimes,I stretch and am trying to bring my hamstrings up,but with work keeping me out of the gym i havent gotten to far with it
 
You need to find your weekness. Easier said than done. Are your abs stronger than your back? Maybe some Reverse hypers will do you some good. I have no experience with that, but heard it will strengthen you up back there.

An imbalance can throw you off as well as cause injuries if not tended to properly.

Seriously, go to the area of the gym with all those wierd looking machine thingies. Find the hip adducter/abductor machine. Use it.

When I was having trouble with my hips when squatting, I thought I'd give that geigh machine a try. Quite to my surprise, it helped significantly.

It's worth a shot, anyway.

(If you don't have access to that kind of machine, get some light or medium jump stretch bands and improvise. If you don't have any bands, get some! They are amazing and have unlimited uses.)

full sit ups on an incline bench will also work the hip flexors quite a bit, if that is where your weakness lies.

how often should i do that?

i think the weakness is around that area, as well as abs, my back is strong as shit, and my hammys own

Box squats. Do your knees move in or out when you squat?
when i go super heavy they have a tendancy to want to move in, then out, but i make sure to not let them...
 
but the reason im asking is cause it feels uncomfortable to stand up for prolonged periods of time but when i fuck with my posture and push my hips forward some it feels alot better and more natural

I suggest high heels in this case.

I just do it after my leg workout. That is if a woman isn't using it at the time. It works for sure, I can tell a difference.

Try rolling out your back on a foam roller too.
