Well it is over. He's gone.
He cried. For real. Promised not to do it anymore. (BWAHAHAHAAHA like he would have a chance to do that.)
For a minute he acted like he was going to get all crazy and shit. I showed up at the office, called him over to the general managers office who got up and left, shut the door and told him "Ok, as of today your employment with >>company name<< is being terminated under the provisions listed in your 90 day probationary period guidelines."
He was like "WHAT?!!" and grabbed the edge of the desk and acted like he was going to jump up out of the chair. I just looked at him with a blank expression and raised my eyebrows like "yeah... lets' do some really dumb shit while we are here too because I am already in a pissed off mood."
Instead he sat down and while I was going over his infractions he just started crying. I could have bitch slapped him for that.
