I have been ordering this protein regularly from America for about 4 years now for personal use, as I do a lot of weightlifting this is an essential part of my diet. Numerous of these packages have been opened by customs and I have received them no problem. I have never needed to have to pay import fees or were never told anything about needing a permit etc. I also know a lot of other people who order this product regularly and have been for years and they have never heard of anything like this happening before.
I sent a letter to their head office threatening police action.
