I have many friends and relatives at WAR time for me to join them and fight. Are you a MARINE? got a question

All the marines/army guys Ive talked to said they cant wait till they get out.. and that they hated it in iraq..I WAS thinking about enlisting myself. I thought about it for quite a while..

um, im not doing this for 'whats in it for me'. i want the training and to fight and save some american lives, thats all. i just mentioned the benefits because i just got married and i want to make sure my wife an daughter will be well taken care of while im gone or if im not coming back.

then feel free to join. people who are ready to fight and possibly die, are the perfect candidates. plenty of college-fund soldiers out there.

i'd be concerned about your abilility to be yelled at, treated like shit, and perform orders on command tho. if u pop an ef attitude towards coc or di - your military career won't last long. u gotta train yourself to stop thinking, and let other people do the thiinking for you. oh, and be treated like shit - did i mention that?

that, and i can't picture a member of the 'BLACK FLAG ARMY', allowing an old white guy to yell in his face, belittle him, and be told to drop and give him 20.

i don't think boden would survive 2 days in boot camp w/o getting into a fight with someone. i don't think authority figures, especially ones 'ethnically different' from him, and him get along

too much anger there. he should resolve that first.

This is one thing I find strange. Why is it that generally the people who served feel like the experience was worth it and those from their couches seem to feel otherwise. Oh nevermind they will have all kinds of justifications for it.

you dont know what the black flag army of omega is.

ethnically differant? half the me in my family are white. the other half black.

and i acually spent 2 weeks on paris island my senior year of high school with a jrotc summer camp and really loved it.
