How long has it been there?
You could try the Letro+Nolvadex combo, and if it does not work then you will have to go to the knife.
Anti estrogens may reduce your libido so be smart and get some Hormonal tests in the doc before your decisions.
I´d say go see an endo.

ya man unless you wanna sling ice packs around with you to massage those babies with all day id go try the letro/nolva combo. If that doesnt work and it is REALLY bad...go under the knife. Plastic surgeons can do amazing things these days

you coild also try some diluted peppermint oil (this wont be as effective, though it should help)

this is actually a very popular use (and it can also reduce puffyness- if the source is oestrogenic)
