Hi, i have couple of questions regarding training:
1. Do i have to wait until all of my muscles are refreshed to go to the gym or do i have to wait until that group of muscles, that i'm supposed to be training will be refreshed and not sore? For example, if today i train biceps, but my legs are still sore - do i have to wait until my bio-chemical balance is restored, or is it already ok to train?
2. What are the best ways, that you know to speed up muscles recovery?
