I have couple of questions regarding muscles recovery.

Hi, i have couple of questions regarding training:

1. Do i have to wait until all of my muscles are refreshed to go to the gym or do i have to wait until that group of muscles, that i'm supposed to be training will be refreshed and not sore? For example, if today i train biceps, but my legs are still sore - do i have to wait until my bio-chemical balance is restored, or is it already ok to train?

2. What are the best ways, that you know to speed up muscles recovery?

1) Just the muscles you're going to work.

2) Active Recovery with Jumpstretch Bands (see sticky above).
