I want to start my first cycle ever. Genetically speaking I am a tall lanky guy. Skinny wrists and calves. I have read a lot of posts and seen a lot of different opinions. Personally I just want to put on about 20-25lbs. I am 28 and 6'2 195 bf%13. I have been told the best thing to do is a d-bol deca winni combo. Are there things I should be aware/careful of with this combo? How much should I do? What should I expect? What should I do to protect myself from adverse side effects? How do I keep the gains?
