I hate those damn pads that people use to help "relieve stress" from the traps/upper back on squats. I see no purpose in them unless someone medically has to. They just need to adapt to that bar being on them. What do you all think about those pads?
If you have to use one of those, do leg presses instead. If you squat without a pad, you naturally develope a nice groove behind your traps to put the bar on.
