I'm pretty sure I have fucking gyno in my right nip. It's not painful but when I touch it it is a bit tender. Not swollen nor does it look out of the ordinary. However, there is a small fucking lump now goddammit. Mother fucker. I am taking 100mg ed fina and 500mg eq a week. I was having lactating nips after last fina cycle but I started vitex and it has now stopped. But now gyno is the issue and obviously since I'm taking vitex @ 1.8mg daily about it isn't helping much. I need help obvioulsy and a few questions answered. I have like a whopping 10 tabs of nolva so I can take that for a few days until I can get some L-dex. Mayhaps bromo is the way to go though. I don't know what is causing it for certain. I'd like to hear some opinions and some experiences. Right now it doesn't bother me and isn't noticeable but I'm afraid it'll get worse. Has anyone just left it and had it stay the same? Does that usually happen? Fuck. Help greatly appreciated and if you mock me at least offer some constructive advice ya jackasses. I guess getting L-dex isn't a problem except for the money but oh well, it's the bromo that I am worried about getting quickly should you feel it worth my while. So, if anyone I KNOW WELL could PM me with advice in that matter I'd appreciate it. I have no credit card though.

this happend to me on every fina cycle except the last one i did; which was completed 1.5 weeks ago. the diffference is that i used "Vitex Extract" not chastleberry plant. these tabs come in 80-100mg doses and are highly concerntrated extract, not the worthless plant. before trying anything, try this; coming from a guy who gets fina gyno.

i have done fina 3 times and the last time was the only time that if it was rubbed the wrong way it would fucking hurt, i was scared to death about gyno....if i were you i would get some anadrol and frontload a gram of test...lmao...no seriously use the nolv till you can get something else to help it stop, but to my knowledge it takes nolv a long time before it really works

Damn you Nathan! I start my cycle, containing Fina, tommorrow and now you've got me scarred about getting "Fina gyno". Well actually thanks, maybe I'll learn what I ned to know from this thread.

So, what you people are saying is that Fina gyno goes away after the cycle ends???

Nolvadex works immediately

You need 40mg at first and then as needed. Some feel fina gyno is caused by a drop in circulating T3 and supplementing with 25mcg T3 per day is recommended when on fina cycle.

Nathan your my hero ,lol. I've got the same thing going on. I've been taking 10mgs nolva through this whole cycle. It's not going away but it's not getting worse. It will probably be reduced after you stop the fina.

I'm using about 16.7 mcg of T3 daily as it is (1/3 of a 50mcg tab daily). I'll try chastleberrry extract then so thanks. I just want to be 100% clear that vitex is not raising my progesterone levels and fucking meup cause this is the first time I've tried it with fina. Yeah, I've heard generally fina gyno goes away once it is discontinued but still, I really don't want to wait and see how big this shit gets. What if it is the eq as well?
