I hate leg day!!!

I cam really fucking close to blowing out my knee tonight. Doing reps on the leg press with moderate weight and I went down funny and could just feel the area around my knee start to tear, luckily I caught it before anything serious happened and used my hands to push it back up. Then I quit and my legs are numb right now, specially my knee :bawling:
 
damn bro. be careful. keep that knee tracking straight or disaster can strike like lightning. good thing you are alright. ice it if it hurts. go easy on it til you are sure its good.
 
no kidding, my knees have never been very good, at least it was at the end of the workout. I think it'll be alright, one more forced rep would of been the end of it though, thank God Im not that stubborn about finishin my sets
 
knee wraps are a good idea ..it help to support the knee...i use em when going really heavy...60 to 70 lbs....
