I was minding my business when I opened the fridge. and there it was. Just sitting on the shelf with the redi whip right beside it. It was like a sign from God. He put that pumpkin pie in there just for me, and then to have my favorite topping right beside it.

But it was sooooooo good.:p :p

I just wish it would quit calling my name......

Biggie, biggie, come here and have another slice......

Ya'll hear it too, don't you? :insane:

Poor thing! Ya know you can have your cake (or pie) and eat it too. :p

A lil' something for the sweet tooth. Perfect for the holidays
(taste alot like pumpkin cheesecake)

*Best if used fresh yams instead of canned, they taste too generic*

Sweet Potato Cheesecake

start off by baking 2 medium yams (baked yams are sweeter than boiled)

-mix together~ 2 cups fat-free ricotta cheese
1 1/2 cups baked yams/ skin removed
8 packs of splenda/equal
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 cup whey protein powder
-mix until smooth

-Pour into 1 low fat graham cracker pie crust
-Bake @ 400 degrees for about 40-50 min.
-Let cool.........

Per slice~ 280 Cal 23 g. Protein 37 g. Carbs
5 g. fat 2g Fiber

Not sure how much protein you'd actually get since it is being heated. But it's worth a try.
