I guesstimate falling asleep at approx 2:45am today

I am in the same boat...I have no idea what time I'll get to sleep tonight. My sleep cycle is fugged up right now; the night before last, I only got two hours of sleep. Last night, I crashed hard and overslept...ten and a half hours. Who knows what will happen tonight? :(
 
Sometimes I don't fall asleep until 4:00 A.M....it sucks being tired as hell and not being able to sleep.
 
what if game:

if you were given a sleeping pill that always knocks you out withing 30min, and told you had to take it tonight and need to stay awake for the rest of the day or all your worldly possessions be taken from you. You know fully that the drug is powerful and ALWAYS nocks you out...if you tried do you think your brain can fight it off if your resolve is strong enough?
 
First off... I am wondering when I am gonna fall asleep too. My guess is 2am. I took my pill 20 min ago.
Secondly...to play the game. I can do it (cuz it has been done). I did however forget more than half the shit I did while I was awake and brain was sleeping.
One note about that...it seems to all come back to you, but not until you actually sleep and wake back up.
Did that make sense??? The pill may be starting to work already :)
 
neg on the making sense part, i'll try agian in the morning. i cheated and took some melatonin and its kicking my eyelids shut right now.lol

I don't do prescription drugs....but I have been through ARTEPS where I essentially didn't sleep for days. Ironically, I prefer not sleeping to sleeping...as much as I hate not sleeping I like sleeping less.
 
how can you not know what time you're going to sleep? just turn off all your electronics, lay down in bed and close your eyes at a decent hour for Christ sake.

After my long day is over & the kids are in bed, I fall asleep faster than a baby.. I would be crappy the next day if I don't get enough sleep :evil:

Do you have any idea how stupid that statement is? If it were that easy, there would be no insomnia. I'd kick you in the skull for saying it if I were in the same room!:mad:
 
I usually have to have a tv on. That's why i hate these lake houses because the bedrooms don't have tvs usually so Im sleeping on the couch lol. I will shut my eyes and listen to the tv and pretty soon I'm out.

i love sleep, sleeping is my favorite

i always fall asleep at around 10pm when my family is home. while they were gone it was midnight.

have a lakehouse with minimum 8 bedrooms and TVs. well I don't think each bedroom is as such. my mom has styled the place so each bedroom has it;s own. you have to kick off the decor to make love

and one of my sisters growing old hunting dog
Cloei
or something lke that
when Cloei was younger I was tasked with her care
come on to the bed
bothetred my cats but so
you do what you have to do
