going for a run is cool. i've been keeping up with that, took a break today though. tomorrow morning, however, will be a nice 5k run before work.

soon enough, i'd like to be out there 7 days a week, with 1-2 easier days to allow for recovery.

i don't want to rush it, but once my work capacity is up there, it should be easier to run everyday than take a break. 48 hours w/o getting out there rusts you out the slightest bit.

well canadian, i don't just consider it cardio for fat-loss. i like running, when it's smooth and effortless and flows. there's nothing quite like that feeling, when you can put a bit of speed on. of course, i have no talent for it, but it's all relative.

how do you feel when you glide down the ice?

Word to the bird. That's the same reason I run. Once you get in the groove it's a great stress relief for myself.
