Testing...we are testing for reps on the football squad...
we got squat bench and clean....
Anything i can do to maximize my lifts...
Yesterday went and did heavy but non failure bench squat and some cleans....

i got up to 295X3 on bench,...which i barely hit...but we will be testing lighter so i think i will throw down whatever they give me.
Did some box squats...no belt....405 triples...and then 455...
and some cleans... got up to 255 X 3....

i am thinking 2 days should give me time to recover...anything i can do to aid the process..?
 
I found out what sort of poundages i gotta go for....
Bench Press - 245pds for 10....i think i can do this .. never tried..but no prob...
Cleans - 110kg for 5 reps...i gotta go nuts to hit this one...
Squats - 365pds for 10....should be a breeze...i'll prob just go double platinum and go for 405X10....or more who knows... :angel:
