He did something lots of us think of doing but rarely do. Take an idea, run with it, and make a lot of money. He is a good businessman. However, I ain't buying his book. There are some Body for Lifers at my gym. Mostly women and pussies. Lots of them lose weight but don't have enough muscle tone. It looks O.K. on some of the women but the BFL guys are now small guys with a lot of extra skin and no muscle instead of fat guys with no muscle.

Fuck it, I'm not gonna hate on Bill Phillips. He made a fortune, and did well for himself. We could all hate Arnold under these guidlines as well. Wouldn't he tech. be a sell out? To all the Bill Phillip Lovers - Please dont, hold, Please Please dont compare Arnold to Bill Phillips in any enviorment. Arnold used BB'g as a vehicle but remains true to the game.
