tonite was amazing guys,i finally got the 80's on incline db press,i did have assistance getting them up from my chest but after that it was all me for three and half way up for the fourth,damn tonite is great
 
Big ass PIMP!:D Its a good feeling isn't it, breaking out a new weight? I remember when I stopped using the purple velvet dumbbells for curls and went straight for the 8 lb.ers. I was HUGE that day!
 
i want the 90's by the end of my cycle i have two weeks of test left,but its omna so it will kick around longer and im running dbol for about 2 weeks after im done the omna

if i do that ill shit
 
Congrats, man. Now don't fall into the trap of thinking that you won't be able to get those 85's without gear. Just keep training hard, eating big, and you'll be there in no time.
 
Dude, you're fucked when you get to the 90's though cuz then they jump up to the 100's at Park. It's too big of a jump, I was using the 90's for sets of 10 on shoulder press, went up to the 100's and I just about died getting 5 reps.
Congats on the 80's though, every time i conquer a new set of dumbells I feel like hercules
 
ya i know park is retarded with the way the db's skip up,i dont wanna come off this cycle,im lovin the strength im getting,2 shoots of test left :bawling: :bawling:
 
Nice job Oak. What are your other lifts these days (not max's, but in your routine)? Sounds like you are progressing better than me.
 
curling 90 for 3
squatting 200 for 2
deads,i hurt myself so none of that,
i was up to 625 on leg press before i hurt my back
flat bb bench about 170
yates row 150
military press 135 for 3

thats the major ones

cant wait till my back gets better and i can deadlift and leg press again
 
You might want to modify your routine when you come off. You'll probably stagnate for a few weeks until your natural test comes back up, but you'll progress again, bud.

I hurt my lower back at the beginning of the summer; no deadlifting for six weeks. Sucked!

Most of your lifts are slightley higher than mine, except the millitary press, you got me beat by alot. Nice job bro.
 
Congrats Oak...feels good doesn't it?? Wait till u wrap your hands around one of those 100's...life will never be the same :) Keep up the good work!!!

80lb DB's ,that's excellent. When you compair that to your flat bench work, it's outstanding really. Great strength dude:D

Just keep pushing, DB's turned out to be the best chest dev. work for me.
 
Great job Oak, them 85's are looking real nice now, eh? Get up to 5 with the 80s and then move on...;)
