Singelton, do some research and find out what your state laws are about firing people. If its wrongful, listen to needtogetgas. Sue em for as much as you can get.
No HR person is going to say that, or anything like that. It would pwn the company in court if they did and they know it.It seems to be hurting my career. e.g. "No, he's not eligible for rehire," and "between you and me, there was a problem about a woman and it went to our legal department."
