In 24 days I report for football, and I have work my ass off this last year, and have had some good gains. But as most of us know, with all good gains, comes FAT. I have never been the type of person that can see my abs, but I have always been fairly lean. I went from 188 to 214 on my last cycle of 50mgs ED winny and anavar 40mgs ED. Some of the gains were fat. My goal was to gain 10 pounds of muscle which I feel I have.... These last few weeks I have been dieting and have had good cardio and have dropped my weight to 209.
But to ensure that I get to my target weight, I have put together what I feel is a pretty dam'n good cutting cycle.
Here goes....
Wk Winny DNP
1 50mgs ED 600mgsED
2 50mgs ED
3 50mgs ED 600mgsED
Xeandrine 2 capsx 2 ED, for energy from DNP
On top of this I will have cardio for sure, strength training when I feel I can do it without hurting myself and 33%/33/33 of in week 2 I will have just protein for the first 3 days and for the last 4 days I will load heavly with carbs. Maybe 400 grams a day.
What do you think? Critique......
Oh yeah, I have considering throwing T3 in here, but have questioned whether it is worth it or not because I don't want to eat a lot of muscle... Any thoughts?
