It is called paraphenalia and it is illegal. Just like selling a gun to a felon.

Eliminate illegal drug use and you will eliminate that law.

Will not happen for a long time if at all. It's easy to tell people to change the law if they don't like it, but the majority of us are too busy just trying to survive.

we will have even more govt programs and agencies so that the stupid and the poor can have "effective" drug usage just like

Good points bwood..I really cant say what would happen if drugs were legalized... but it is true that we live in a society that embraces instantaneous and easily achieved pleasure... "junk gratification" if you will....which drugs easily provide... really a tough issue.

i would prefer to repeal welfare and institute open
