That did fall cleanup yesterday...must be 40 MPH winds around here today, and their refuse bags, and raked leave piles are blowing around like crazy. I almost ran over a fully packed refuse bag in the middle of the street today. Garbage cans are all over the streets like pylons....what a complete mess!!
