Ok, first, DONT USE DNP!!! IT CAN KILL YOU!! now that i got that out of the way,, i feel great on my dnp cycle! This is the 3rd cycle ive done. I started at 200mg a day for a week, bumped it up to 400 a day for a week. Took a week off and im on again at 400mg for anouther week. Dropped 12lbs. My doses are day 1 200mg am 200mg pm, day 2 200mg pm 200mg am, day 3 200mg am 200mg pm ect.. Dont feel bad at all,, feel a little warm, but am not tired, Takeing all the supps needed. If i were to bump it up to 600 would i just add 200mg to either my am or pm doseings? :chomp:
 
spread doses as much as possible. spikes in blood levels of drugs like this can push you over the edge, particularly with neural tissue (brain, nerves)

I was about to say the same. I can get close results to this using T-Rex, a low carb diet and lots of cardio.

3lbs/wk is a good rate of weightloss. 400mg/day is working so why play with it. You admitted you are comfortable, why screw it up.
 
I have done DNP before, like 2 years ago..not sure ont he exact weight loss figures, but i just want to say that i lost 15 this past month alone, naturally. Well that's if you count Thermorexin as being natty.
 
Thanks for the imput guys. I lost 12 lbs the first 2 weeks of my cycle. I just started on my 3rd week at 400mg. Thinking of bumping it up to 600. Would like to know how much i can tolerate.As for sups, im useing 2000mg quercetin,1260mg or green tea extract,an antioxident, multi vitamin. :chomp:
 
is it crystal or powder. 600mg wont kill you but i dont know if the benefits will be much better than they are on 400mg w/diet & cardio.
