Enviserate is no joke, I expected some tingling, some burning.

HOLY SHIT, it was like icy hot x 10 and it lasted 3.5 hours.I literally had to take my shirt off and stand in front of fan! In 45 mins i managed to sweat through my shirt.

Maybe I used too much nickel size on chest/abs, and nickel size on the hips.

It was intense! lets hope its worth it!
