I don't know what the hell to do ?!??!

Never sign for it, never go pick it up at the PO, If it was sent correctly it would be in your mailbox. It's not the fault of your sup or you. This shit happens I know. To keep everyone safe you write it off. If your sup decides to cover at the very least half of the order, then that makes him stand up. If your relationship is good with him then help him out as well. We all know this biz and our sups are providing a service. A service that is invaluable to all that participate. Think about it. I'd rather take the loss than the extra risk as far as the legal issue, as well as I would rather take the loss of the order than the service these bro's provide. Just my .02.....

You can write "return to sender" until dark, but they can still pick you up if it's a legit CD.

i thought the majority of "sources" were doing away with tracking #. I remember not to long ago there was a bunch of drama on a lot of these boards about how source's and customers were getting busted, some were true some were not. most of the time it was mods who sided with a source cuz they got "hooked up" so they'd bad mouth other sources with random BS. When the whole bust scare was going on alot of sources changed email addies and had mods on boards erase posts and then they'd lay low for awhile. I had placed a order with a someone and a few days later i found out about all that crap so i was kinda worried about getting scamed and i was told i couldn't have a tracking# (i didn't want one anyways) . I got my order and the damn thing had a confirmation code... the UPS guy didn't make me sign for it. i think i'm going to take a part time job at a vet's office and get my supps that way. (my friends dad is a vet)

IMO when doing the whole mail order thing. never get a tracking #, or confirmation code, don't even bother having it insured! UPS/FED EX/USPS all treat their packages like shit and wouldn't be surprised to hear a story about how someone's package broke and they have to explain that they didn't order what they did.

This is like my worst fear come to life. I swear I look at the addy I send to my guys 2000 times and still an hour after I send it will look in my sent folder to reverify. Its borderline ocd, but if it went to the wrong place...and it seems that this is the case here. Damn.

Booey, sorry to hear the bad news. I gotta ask though, are we talking gray or black market? I ask b/c you seem cool with going in and basically claiming the package, as if the biggest concern is just locating it. Thats why I ask. If its gear I'd put as much distance between me and the whole thing b/c worst case the man is at work and "best" case its lost or some ass stole it. In any case, you have illegal items with connections to you, possibly vague to possibly strong, potentially exposed to others. This isn't good. Gear can be replaced, it sucks but its not the end of the world. Don't get so focused on trying to come out of it even that you exposed yourself to serious problems. Your best bet is to do nothing and keep a spotless house bro. If something comes, I'd be very wary and not sign anything for anybody. Again, you gotta swallow that urge to come out on top and play it smart. That way the most you lose is some dough. Clean the house and see what happens, don't sign a thing and stay strong bro. Sometimes it just doesn't seem fair, we all been there.
Good advice.

UPDATE:

Some lady from a few streets down dropped the pack off this morning! LOL! She said she had been away for the week and only found it now. Damn, what a relief! Thanks for the advice anyway bros. Time to juice!

your regular mail man is the only one with a key to your buildings mail boxes....chances are...it was a 2nd day or priority mail package...thus your regular mail man would not have brought it...and was left outside your door...if no signature was required....and it would have been delivered earlier than your regular guys route time....hope this helps...i have allot of friends who are postal workers...i wouldnt sweat it...see if your source will split the loss with you..as it should have had sig required on it...
