I'm doing it in my upper buttock but it's painful for like 3 or 4 days and it leaves a knot that hurts when I sit down I started doing it higher but I don't know if I'm getting it in the muscle I'm injecting it about where my waist band is its far less painful but again I don't know if that's the right spot
