so about two weeks ago i posted saying how i hit 305 for my 5x5 on squat and how 315 was my next goal (the whole 3 plates on each side thing). so im squatting 310 for my sets and i said ya know what, fuck it. i got all riled up and put 315 on and did 2 sets of my 5x5 EASILY with that shit. now im not a big person by any means, and i got some weird looks when i starting pumping out 315 for sets of 5. i didnt even accept a spot when someone asked me if i needed one. so anyways, im kind of pumped about that. i think next week ill do 315 for 3 of my sets then push it up to 320 for my last two and see how that goes. till next time...
